Shipping Policy
Currently we ship to the US only. Xochitl and Pink is not responsible for items lost in the mail or stolen items. You can request insurance for your item by emailing xochitlandpink@gmail.com.
- We ship using USPS First Class Service from Memphis TN, US.
- Processing times may vary between 1-2 business days.
- Delivery can take 3-7 business days.
- Small Size/Lightweight items – Flat rate $3.00
- Medium Size/Medium weight items – Flat rate $5.50
- Large Size/Large weight items – Flat rate $10.50
*Priority and Overnight shipping can be available at customer’s request, emails us at xochitlandpink@gmail.com for availability and quotes for expedited shipping services.
Return Policy
Our return policy last 7 days.
- Email us at xochitlandpink@gmail.com for return inquires.
- Item must be unused and in its original condition, including original package.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Items excluded from being returned:
- Sale Items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Free gifts.
- Sanitary or intimate items.
Once your items is received and inspected, we will notify you via email approval or rejection of your item. If approved, we will refund you within 5-7 days in the original method of payment.
We only replace items that are damaged or defective. If your item is damaged or defective, please ship it back to us and email us at xochitlandpink@gmail.com so we can replace it for the same item.
